The second week is a hard time to take photos. The puppies are just opening their eyes and their ears. They are not used to being forced to do what they don't want to do. We get a lot of feet that fold, backs that sway and those front pictures seem to always be a problem as they want their feet up in the air. It takes time to teach them to stack properly. They also get their toe nails trimmed each time they get their pictures and they do NOT like that. May we introduce a growing Maddie / Dealer litter. Pictures taken 07/17/07.

First let me say that he is not really this dark. Please look at the bottom of the page and compare his color with the rest of the litter. The camera adjustment makes him look much darker. He is a nice, well marked male with an attitude. He was like holding a handful of Jell-O. We are looking at him ourselves.

Again, the color is actually much lighter. She is the color of the above male and you can see her color in the group picture below. She is a female that just didn't want to do whatever we wanted her to do. She has quite a bit of persistence to let her do what she wants. Her color is lovely and she might make a striking show bitch.

She is a little darker than her littermates above, but the camera adjustment still shows her MUCH darker than she really is. Do check below to see the true colors of the red tris. This is a spectacular little girl with lots of personality. She was like holding a handful of fishing worms. She would squirm one way, than the other. She could be such a nice show prospect, she is VERY nice. The stud dog owner, Marlene Constance has a couple interested in this bitch as well as two black tris in Liz's' litter. They just want to see them grow a little more and know they will choose the perfect one just for them.

He is just as cute as a button and also carries a little bit of stubbornness with him. Check out his left side view and see how he won't put his back feet down, then in the front shot his feet are crossed. He would not let me stack him, he had his own agenda for the
shooting.

He did not want to stand up. I feel I had a death grip on him trying to stack him. He is a lovely male with quite a sparkling personality. He is usually one of the first to the door to be loved. We will watch him grow, we really like him a lot.

What a nice looking boy. Lots of dark red merleing, lots of dark copper. His eyes are not yet open and he sure didn't want his toe nails trimmed. He is a nice outgoing male and should have the color and style for the show ring.

This nice red merle male has a bit more white than his older brother. He has a softer face and just like his brother he has a lot of dark copper on his face. He too still has his eyes closed. Note the left side picture and his feet off the ground. He will be
an independent little boy. Nice overall color with a great attitude.

A nicely colored black tri girl. She has a break in her collar on the right side, but the view from the front is wonderful. She was a little more cooperative than the others. She kept looking for mom's nipple and when we put her back she immediately stacked with the
others and went to sleep. She will be a nice mellow middle of the litter girl.

Our last is a very pretty black tri male. He has a little narrower collar than his older brother (BT#2), his blaze is nice and just a bit crooked and his nose looks he has been sniffing around the ink pot. He is a mellower male and should make a great companion or could
even be a show boy.

These are the "Laundry Basket" pictures and here is where you can best see the color differences. One red puppy is a lighter red and the darker red puppies are not black, but a darker shade of red. When you get them all together the camera adjustment looks at all the
colors to bring out the best, not just one color.
