Our Liz/Dealer puppies are now 3 weeks old and they are becoming real puppies. A few days after they turned two weeks they started getting into mom's food dish and stealing her food so they now have kibble of their own. They have a puppy dish and climb into the dish to eat their kibble both morning and night. It is not unusual to find them asleep on their food, even stacked on top of each other. When they finally fall asleep mom is let back into the kennel to clean up the messes.
They are starting to use paper as their place to make their messes. They have their own small toys and tugs and are starting to learn to use them.
About three days ago when I was out playing with them, one little girl crawled into the water bucket and I caught her early enough to keep her from going under. They now have a shallow puppy water container that they use for drinking and playing. They growl, pounce, bark and do all of their puppy development things. It is a well socialized litter that is easy to care for.
Pardon their mess as they were removed after their morning meal and they are kind of covered in puppy yuck.

Our blue merle female likes to be relaxed. She is hard to stack as she always seems to want to fall asleep. Her one white looking ear is coloring and will be a merle colored ear. She snuggles very well and likes to be held. She has a quieter personality. This
little girl will be finding a home with Todd & Cheryl Moore of Woodland Hills, CA. She will be living in a home with mom & dad, the girls and one *cat*, she will be a companion.

Our blue merle boy is very strong and has to be convinced to allow us to stack him. He stiffenes his body and tries to stretch as far as he can. He snuggled well, but didn't want anyone to see him :O). He is one of the more outgoing of the litter.

Our red merle female is a soft feminine bitch with lots of potential. She was not too hard to stack, but notice in one photo that her back feet wouldn't touch down. She has lovely copper and is darkening more every week. She is a middle of the litter personality and
is positively a lady. She liked to snuggle. This little girl is going all the way to Florida to be a show girl with Lisa Coombs. She is outgoing and should provide Lisa with a good bitch to bring into her program. She is also the most playful of the litter. Was the first to
snatch the toys and growl as she carried them around.

Our red merle boy is even stronger than his blue brother. He wasn't hard to stack, but refused to keep his feet under him. I just love his dark copper and dark merleing on his face. He was easy to snuggle and stayed snuggled until he was put back in the laundry
basket. I really like him.

Our first black tri female is just the softest and most feminine of the group. She is still the smallest and still the most feminine. Her head and body structure is just a little different than the others in the litter, just a little shorter with a very feminine head.
She is such a soft girl getting her to snuggle was no chore at all. A lovely lady. This is one more puppy that a buyer from Marlene Constance, the stud dog owner, wants to keep a watch out for.

Our second black tri girl is in the middle of the other two black tris. She has a striking color pattern with that one copper foot that she used to try to hide her face. She is also has a middle of the pack personality. No one will run over her, but she is not as
attack prone as her brothers and her last tri sister. When she snuggled she just curled up and relaxed. Marlene Constance, owner of the stud dog, has someone interested in her. Nothing concrete yet, but they are making up their mind between this and one from the Dealer/Maddie litter.

| Our third black tri girl is still spectacular. Just perfect markings as I have said before. She is an out going girl and loves to play rough with the boys. We hope she will be placed in a show home as we think she can take someone to a winning career. She snuggled well, but you can see she was ready to get up soon. This spectacular big girl is going to live with Gayle Frasier, her husband and her BMF Aussie, Roxie. They live in Fairfield, CA. I might be able to talk Gayle into showing this girl, she sure has the potential. | |
